The Joy of the Lord is my Strength

As the scripture says in Nehemiah “ The joy of the lord is my strength

(Nehemiah 8:10)
What does it mean:- simply the joy that we have in God not in things of world.
As we are living in days of troubles, worries, fear, anxieties, day to day challenges that upset our mind or distract us  and we unable to face such problems because of lack of strength, we are seeking strength but at last we become frustrated and nervousness.
But good thing is that someone is caring you and wants to give you strength in your weakness, when you seek the Lord and pray,  GOD will strengthen you.
The word of God says “In his presence there is fullness of joy and joy that comes from GOD helps us to come out from all difficult situations.

How can we get this heavenly joy, some of the ways are:-
Trust in the lord with full heart.

Increase your desire to see Jesus, spend your maximum time in searching HIS presence because in his presence there is fullness of joy.

Remain in the word of GOD in your difficult times then his joy fills you and you will get strength.

Loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even your God, has anointed you with the OIL OF GLADNESS above your fellows.” Hebrews 1:9

Joy of the Lord is one of the fruit of the spirit.
Pleasing HIM with all your doings leads to maintain HIS joy in your heart and that is our Strength.

Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Conclusion

So we can see from above the importance of joy the God has for us in our life and that joy is our real strength with free of cost that remains in our heart forever.

We all wish to live long and not to fall sick in our regular life but we unable to achieve. The reason behind this as we busy in our daily scheduled activities and can’t get enough time to rest as nature gives night to rest for both our body, mind and spirit.
Early rising is the secret of health if you desire to keep healthy you must go to bed early and rise early in the morning. This simple habit adds a lot of  benefits in your life. As it is said in famous proverb
Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man health, wealthy and wise”
You must rise early if you want to rise high in life.

Here are just a few benefits of early rising.

1.     Thanksgiving-  
    You can start a new day with thanks giving to GOD that HE gives a new day in your life and submit yourself to GOD and offer your prayers. This will give you great energy in your spirit.
    Exercise:- Spend some time for exercise keeps your body fit and strengthen your muscles and increase your efficiency, start with some yoga exercises and physical exercise, Early morning is the best time for yoga as this time is full of fresh air with rich content of oxygen.
3    Productivity:- Early morning is the best time for maximum productivity or where you concentration power is high. Morning is the best time for study as well as you can writing or reading your mails before going to office and when you have done your work you can spend it with your family.
4    Goal Time:- Early morning time is the best time to schedule your activities according to your goal. You can plan in a fresh mood, morning and perform task during day time. By doing this, you can reach your goal make your work effectively.  
5     Commute. No one likes to travel in rush-hour traffic and we often gets late on office timing when we rise early morning we have enough time to prepare ourselves for office, in early morning hours there is no traffic and we reach on time.

      Conclusion


      It's not constantly fun awakening at a young hour toward the beginning of the day, however for the individuals who can spur themselves to do it there are benefits pausing! Better well being and a possibly better life could be simply the final products of you preparing to wake up prior toward the beginning of the day.
